Notebooks, pencils, backpacks — it’s almost time for new school supplies! But many Western North Carolina families who face financial difficulties struggle to purchase even the most basic school needs. That’s why the JCC is partnering with Hands On Asheville-Buncombe to host a Back-to-School Supply Drive. Drop off donated school supplies in the JCC lobby until Friday, Aug. 1. For more information, email neil@jccavldev.wpengine.com.
