Join the JCC and BBYO for a screening of “Beneath the Helmet: From High School to the Home Front” on Tuesday, May 26 at 7:15 at Carolina Cinemas. The film follows the lives of five Israeli soldiers – teenagers, too – as they go through their military service and learn about their country, their leadership and themselves. This program is putting a face to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and creating a sense of personal connection to Israel.
This event will include a Q & A with one of the soldiers following the film.
