Asheville’s Jewish institutions are reaching out to newcomers and unaffiliated Jews during Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur with the Community High Holiday Pass. The pass, which is only available at the Asheville JCC, may be used to attend high holiday religious services at any of Asheville’s three Jewish congregations: The Chabad House, Congregation Beth HaTephila and Congregation Beth Israel. This is the fourth year the JCC and congregations have collaborated on the pass. These passes may only be purchased one time.
The High Holiday period begins with Rosh Hashanah at sundown on Wednesday, September 24 and runs through Yom Kippur on Saturday, October 4.
The One Pass is available for a suggested donation of $100 for individuals, $150 for couples, $200 for a family of four, and $25 for each additional child. For more information, call Tami at 828-253-0701 ext 114 or email tami@jccavldev.wpengine.com.
