JCC membership is an integral part of the continuity and quality of Jewish life in our region. Our staff and facility play an important role in supporting Jewish Asheville and the community at large.
The JCC is here for you and because of you.
The JCC welcomes individuals of every background, belief, age, and identity to become a member. When you join the Asheville JCC, you are part of a warm, welcoming, and supportive community.
Member benefits* include:
- Ability to enroll in aquatics programming, including: water fitness, swim lessons, masters swim, summer & year-round pool access, and USA Swimming AJCC Swim Teams**
- Ability to participate in the JCC’s 5-star childcare programs: Shalom Children’s Center, JCC Kids After-School, and Camp Ruach**
- Free access to seminar rooms and upstairs lounge/coffee station for games (mahjong, canasta, etc.), socialization, and remote work during JCC operational hours
- Community engagement programs, including: Brunch B’Yachad, TAG, LGBTQ Jew Crew, YAJA, Friday Morning Meditation, and more
Membership fees are a vital source of financial sustainability for our non-profit community center and are tax-deductible as allowable by law. Membership auto-renews annually on the anniversary of the join date unless cancelled by the member. Annual JCC membership is $90 per adult and $60 per child.
The JCC is pleased to offer free membership and pool access to local first responders. The JCC also offers discounted rates for families of first responders. Police, fire and EMT please contact 828-253-0701 for more information.

**Only JCC members are eligible to enroll in JCC childcare, summer camp, and aquatics programs. There is no requirement for a parent to become a member for a child to have a membership.
