Guest speaker Jerzy Wójcik facilitates this Virtual Tour of Auschwitz that provides participants with an unforgettable experience to virtually visit Auschwitz & Auschwitz II. The interactive experience includes presentations from inside barracks, buildings, gas chambers, and a fly-over. The program consists of a historical narrative about the Holocaust, prisoners’ experiences at the camp, and much more.

Jerzy Wójcik was born in the town of Oświęcim (Auschwitz), Poland and has run the Holocaust Memorial Partnership since 2015. He created the Auschwitz Virtual Tour in 2020 and offers the tour through Southern NCSY and the Center for Holocaust Education of the East Valley JCC. Jerzy received a Ph.D. in political science in 2010 and is a recipient of scholarships from the State of Israel as a Research Fellow at Tel Aviv University. He has worked with several organizations and institutions in Poland, including the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, the Jagiellonian University Center for Holocaust Studies in Krakow and the European Association of Israel Studies.
