Swim Stroke Clinic with SMAC

JCC Aquatics, in collaboration with Smokey Mountain Aquatics Club (SMAC), is offering a two hour swim stroke clinic for swimmers ages 16 to 100. The class will offer advanced swimmers the opportunity to work with Charlie McCanless and/or Scott Simmons of SMAC, two of WNC experts in the field of swimming, at JCC’s new state of the art aquatics facility. The goal of the clinic is to demonstrate and provide detailed instruction for drills and techniques meant to provide a better understanding of the four major strokes. The class is excellent for high school swim team members who are looking to improve their swimming or for the seasoned swimmer interested in refining their technique.
