To book a birthday party at the JCC, please complete this contract and submit it with a non-refundable deposit to brook@jcc-asheville.org at least two weeks prior to the requested party date. Submission of this birthday party contract does not guarantee a reservation. After receiving the contract and deposit, a member of the JCC aquatics staff will contact you to confirm your party reservation and ensure that you have a valid credit card on file in our system. Aquatics party renters must be JCC members, but party guests do not need to be JCC members.

Party Packages

Package 1: MEMBER FAMILY + 5 GUESTS
Price: Free for member family + $8 per child guest (0-18) and $10 per adult guest
Deposit Amount: None
Guests: Member family plus 5-guest maximum. A guest is anyone attending the party in the aquatics facility – whether or not they plan to swim.
Price Includes:
-Use of aquatics facility by member family plus up to five additional guests.
*Note: this option does not include the use of the party room or pavilion area

Package 2: Outdoor Pavilion and During-Hours Pool
Price: $75/hr with minimum 2 hour and maximum 4 hour rental
Deposit Amount: $50 submitted with contract, can be applied to final cost
Guests: Immediate household plus 15 guests. Up to 10 additional guests may be added for $5 per guest.
Price Includes:
-Grassy area and 4 picnic tables under covered pavilion
-Use of the indoor refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and locker rooms
-Designated JCC Party Assistant throughout party
*Note: Unfortunately, due to the high volume of member families who use our pool, we cannot allow floats. Noodles, puddle jumpers, and lifejackets are all acceptable and available for use at the pool.

Package 3: After-Hours Private Rental
Price: $400 for two-hour rental from 8:15–10:15 pm
Deposit Amount: $100 submitted with contract, can be applied to final cost
Guests: 50-person maximum
Price Includes:
-Private use of pool, pool deck, covered pavilion, grassy area, and locker rooms
-Use of the indoor refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and locker rooms
-Designated JCC Party Assistant throughout party
*Note: Floats will be allowed for private parties with a maximum of one giant-sized float
