Grandparents

Our next unit will focus on grandparents. The children will be busy creating cards and gifts for there special grandparents. The children are learning songs, finger plays about family. In the science center sounds of family life and feel box of objects pertaining to family. Children have enjoyed baby cloths and family picnic in dramatic center. Thursday, planning a walk in neighborhood and will be discussing homes around us. Sensory, the children will enjoy washing dolls and dishes in warm water.
At home: Look through family photographs with your child. While doing this discuss family traditions or customs.
We invite the grandparents this Friday, for special grandparent day.
