We hope that everyone had a wonderful week.
Shabbat Shalom!
The little ones enjoyed learning all about apples this week. Some of our guided questions were Where do apples come from? How can we open an apple? What color is the outside/inside of an apple? Which apple do you like best?
Apple Activities: We played with instruments while singing apples and honey! We read books while using our bodies to “act them out”, such as picking an apple from the tree in an apple orchard. We used paint and “seed sprinkles”.
Some of the special activities from this week were: A visit from Miri on Tuesday, where the little ones really got into exploring with a pool noodle! On Wednesday, some friends enjoyed exploring in the Garden with Jacqui. Penny visited for Havdalah and Shabbat!
The children are definitely becoming more comfortable in the classroom with the routine and in the relationships that we are all building.
Have a Wonderful Labor Day Weekend everyone!
